The new multi-storey parking sets in the landscape of Ronco Sopra Ascona through stone walls and proportioned volumes, consistent with its character.
The crowning of the building is a belvedere, covered by a steel structure canopy.
A three-storey wooden housing complex, with a pored appearance and shadowy elevation, is planned to be built over the parking in a hypothetical second phase.
