The building is subject to an energy renovation with restoration of graffiti fronts.
The former warehouse is subject to the restauration of the existing bearing structure: the “vertebrate” morphology of the walls and the roof, gives a strong and eccentric character to the space, that keeps the memory of the industrial history of the building. Thin prefabricated pillars are set alongside the building to hide and protect the insulation layer, giving architectural dignity to the building, as an important public space.
